I hold Master Degree in Counseling from Higher School of Psychology in Moscow, RU and prior getting my license in Seattle, WA I worked in private practice and agency in Russia for years.
I work with people dealing with a range of issues, including those suffering from personal crises, trauma and PTSD, anxiety disorders, life transition situations, gender identity concerns, and low self-esteem. I am experienced working with Asperger's Syndrome. I believe problems can be resolved once the function, system and context is understood and explored.
My personal passion goes towards work with individuals and couples facing cross-cultural integration, communication and adaptation crisis whether it is inside of the couple or/and external system. I also provide one-on-one coaching support for individuals, facing cultural shock of first 2 years of immigration. It is honoring to witness how differences and challenges can be transformed into bridges and enrichment.
Could your situation be better? I am privileged to offer my assistance to you on this shared journey, and I commend anyone who reaches out for help. I love witnessing my clients' transformations; to see how a past trauma becomes a present opportunity, and I will be there for you.
I have Eastern European background ( was born in Moscow, RU) , have lived in 3 countries ( Russia, Europe , now USA) and have travelled around 35 for now. I like to discover new places, meet new people and challenge my perspective time to time by constantly learning new things.
